Introducing the DPD Project Portal!
DPD is happy to introduce the Project Portal, a new set of online tools for permit applicants. Use the Portal to:
- Complete and submit your preliminary application online. You’ll be able to upload your site plan and get a project number immediately.
- Request a preliminary application site visit (PASV), grading season extension, or permit renewal with a few clicks of your mouse.

- Environmental Sign Installation Notification - applicants are responsible for posting environmental signs for their own projects and notifying DPD once the sign is installed (see Director’s Rule (DR) 29-2006 for requirements)
